Hand-grip exercises to lower blood pressure?

Exercising about 12 minutes a day with a hand-grip device has been shown to lower blood pressure, according to an article from Berkeley Wellness Alerts, December 10.  The price for such a device can be $400-600 but even a $2 device seems to have a good effect.
