Teriflunomide has a "likelihood score" of D ("possible cause of clinically apparent liver injury but experience with its use is limited") in the Overview section about it in LiverTox: Clinical and Research Information on Drug-Induced Liver Injury issued by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, recently indexed in Pub Med. This section of the report was last updated in January 2017..
