Beta interferons and liver injury research information (PubMed)

Below is a link to the Overview section of the report from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases report, LiverTox: Clinical Research Information on Drug-Induced Liver Injury. The likelihood score for all of the interferon beta drugs (Betaseron, Extavia, Avonex, Rebif, Plegridy) is A ("well-known cause of clinically apparent liver injury").
