Overdoing vitamin D?

People with MS commonly take megadoses of vitamin D3. This article doesn't mention this fact but does go into detail on reasons why too much vitamin D isn't such a good idea in general. From Medical News Today (July 8, 2022)--"Overdoing vitamin D":
