This study might be evidence that people with PPMS should start on DMTs as soon as possible after disease onset and should stay on them. Presented at the annual ACTRIMS/ECTRIMS conference (September 11-13, 2020), "Disease-modifying treatment may delay time to wheelchair in primary progressive multiple sclerosis: A real-life cohort":
