The Lancet Neurology (July 2021) contains this editorial, "Multiple sclerosis under the spotlight," discussing the third edition of the MSIF Atlas of MS and its disclosure of the great disparities in MS diagnosis and treatment worldwide:

It seems to be true that there are many people in the world who can't afford to have MS.
