Insufficient sleep during adolescence and the risk of MS...

This article was of special interest to me. Between 17 and 20 I sometimes stayed up all night studying and probably got less sleep than I needed in general. I took caffeine pills to stay awake longer, and even took an occasional dexedrine pill, definitely not medically recommended.
