On December 27 the New England Journal of Medicine's Journal Watch  listed the top ten neurological stories of 2022--the stories having the biggest impact on clinical practice. Only one of them involves MS--"Neurofilament and Predicting Disease Activity in Multiple Sclerosis" (April 20, 2022):
