Steep decline noted in dx of PPMS

This article, describing another article in the same journal, Multiple Sclerosis Journal (July 2016) notes a sharp decline in the diagnosis of PPMS in 16,915 people with MS over time. The entire article, by Cutter et al., "Declines in the diagnosis of primary progressive multiple sclerosis: A critical change in phenotype or critical measurement error?" is available here.
