Professor w/MS denied tenure, claims discrimination on account of her disability

A political science professor in the New York City College system has been denied tenure because she hasn't been producing publications at a fast enough pace. She has MS and is claiming that she has been discriminated against. From the New York Times, March 5, 2018:
