Plane passengers take time to remove luggage from overhead bins during a flight emergency

If there's a flight emergency when you're in the air, you're supposed to follow instructions to get to the exit doors in a fast but orderly way. There is no time to open up the overhead bin and grab your belongings but that's what people have been doing--and they're creating a very hazardous situation for everyone.
