How accurate are online physician reviews?

Those Websites where you can rate a doctor or read others' ratings of a doctor can be useful, I've found, but the author of this article in MedPage Today (November 2), "How accurate are online physician reviews?" by Christopher Johnson, MD, has some words of caution about how trustworthy they are:
