Many of us with MS will face the need for care, and finding caregivers can be a difficult problem. There are agencies, sometimes there are state-supported home health aides, and then sometimes there are family members, who might or might not be compensated for their time and energy. What this means for many such family members is discussed in this article in  Yes! Magazine (July 12, 2022)--"The Underground Economy of Unpaid Care":
