Title: (Abst.) Dissemination in time as a requirement for dx of MS: Time for a change?

This MS researcher is proposing giving less attention to dissemination in time as a requirement when diagnosing MS if I read this abstract correctly. Since there is considerable evidence now that zapping MS early with one of the MS therapies--and even with one of the more powerful therapies at first, it looks as if putting less emphasis on dissemination in time in the diagnosis process will make it easier to get more people on an MS drug sooner rather than later.
