Title: Canned e-mail replies from Google--do you want your e-mail replies automated?
Post by: agate on November 08, 2018, 07:22:10 am
From the New York Times Magazine tech section (November 7, 2018), an article about the latest e-mail innovation from Google. It isn't so new, as the article points out, and probably not so very helpful for most people. If you start an e-mail reply to someone nowadays (in G-mail, Google's e-mail, anyway) you see a bunch of canned replies suggested for you, and you can click on one and let that be your reply.  I've never used one of these canned replies and hope I'm never tempted to.
