For years there have been studies of the effect of diet on MS, and here is another one. The conclusion is still the same:

Several dietary interventions may reduce MS-related fatigue and improve physical and mental QoL; however, due to the limitations of this NMA, which are driven by the low quality of the included trials, these findings must be confirmed in high quality, randomized, controlled trials.

From PubMed (October 19, 2022)--"Efficacy of diet on fatigue and quality of life in multiple sclerosis: A systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized trials":

Also, fatigue and quality of life are highly subjective. It seems to me it would be fairly easy for a person to become enthusiastic about a particular diet and hopeful that there would be good results and then to become persuaded, while on the diet, that quality of life is improved and fatigue is reduced.
