Title: (JAMA) Staffing patterns in US nursing homes during COVID-19 outbreaks
Post by: agate on August 05, 2022, 09:43:12 pm
I've often wondered how nursing homes can offer care of any quality whatsoever considering the high turnover of their staffs. What kind of care can be given to a patient when the person providing the care differs from day to day, when there is hardly ever anyone on the scene who has been following that patient's condition over time?

The problem became particularly acute during the COVID-19 pandemic.
