This sounds as if Lemtrada (alemtuzumab) turned out to be useful in an unexpected way. A patient who had changed from Tysabri to Zinbryta (daclizumab) developed severe CNS inflammation, but according to this, treatment with alemtuzumab had the effect of stabilizing the patient's condition.
