Tecfidera (dimethyl fumarate) has a "likelihood score" of C ("probable rare cause of clinically apparent liver injury") in the Overview section about it in LiverTox: Clinical and Research Information on Drug-Induced Liver Injury issued by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, recently indexed in Pub Med.
