It's always good for people with MS to steer clear of infections, and just now, with the COVID-19 virus in our midst, it's especially important to be particularly careful about steps we can take to prevent spreading germs around, such as hand-washing. When you think about it, your hands are probably mighty busy on a typical day, but they have many tiny spaces where dirt can collect: under and around the nails, in between the fingers.
