Leg braces of various kinds have been available for people with MS for quite a while, and new ones are always coming along. This one, the Keeogo, looks like quite a substantial amount of hardware to have to drag around but maybe it works well.  I haven't used any of these devices but my first reaction to them is always: "More weight to haul around."
