The University of Washington Rehabilitation Research and Training Center has put out a leaflet on fatigue and MS:

Thanks Agate,

I quite enjoyed the brochure regarding fatigue. My plan to take more naps might not work out though.

Glad you brought my account over from the old site !   ;D

Thanks--just let me know if you have any problems with the new board.

Ok, thanks :)

I'm having trouble driving the bmw in the arcade. While I could easily set the "high score" it would have been too embarrassingly low to put my name to. So...if you could rig the game for me to have a high score to be proud of I'd really appreciate it. Or I could just try one of those nap things I read about.

I'm embarrassed because that's one of the games that is probably on its way out. I had put a few games on there that I'd tested but I'd left a few untested ones on there, and that was one of them.

If you're playing it, maybe I should keep it on there. It's the kind of game I simply can't play--it's too hard on the eyes.

I'd tend to assume that some other people here might have the same problems and just get rid of it, but I'll be happy to keep it if you'd like.

And none of the games I've played enable the scores to be saved. This could be my computer's problem though.

Ah,

you are embarrassed to remove the game while I am embarrassed by my score. Perhaps as we flush red with embarrassment we can quietly move on from the ruin of our lives seeking greener pastures for our endeavors ?

Done then...a nap for me and a little light research for you...that's better !

I guess you're saying it's OK with you if I delete that game. Unless I hear otherwise, I'll be deleting it.

NAPS ARE GOOD
