Utah paying public employees to go to Mexico to fill drug rx's

State employees in Utah can go to Mexico for the costly MS drugs and get them for far less, according to this article in the Salt Lake Tribune (October 29, 2018). And people who take the offer will have their plane tickets paid for and receive $500 in cash--"To fight high drug prices, Utah will pay public employees to go fill prescriptions in Mexico":
