From PubMed (January 16), an abstract of an article describing a very large study--"Association of initial disease-modifying therapy with later conversion to secondary progressive multiple sclerosis":

Looks as if Tysabri, Tecfidera, and Lemtrada resulted in better outcomes than Copaxone or the interferons when progression to SPMS was being considered.
