Now there may be posenimod, according to this article in BioPharma Dive (July 26, 2019)--"J&J advances MS drug candidate toward US, EU markets":

The article includes the statement that MS is "one of the most lucrative neuroscience markets." This will come as no news to anyone who has been following the MS-drug situation.
