According to this article in MedPage Today(October 17), a poster presentation at the recent ANA conference in Baltimore (October 16-18) provides some evidence that Tysabri taken in combination with Avonex reduced depression among MS patients.

Since Avonex is known to cause depression, it isn't clear whether the Tysabri is cancelling out Avonex-related depression or whether the patients were suffering from depression that was unrelated to Avonex.
