This article, "Multiple Sclerosis Mortality by Race/Ethnicity, Age, Sex, and Time Period in the United States, 1999-2015," abstracted in PubMed, indicates that  non-Hispanic blacks with MS in the US were far more likely to die at an earlier age than whites.
