From browsing on the Internet for quite a while, I've become aware that medical providers take patient reviews and ratings very seriously and often feel that the reviews are damaging their businesses.


Yes, in the US at least, those are businesses as a rule, not a public service.


Patients now have a powerful tool to use (judiciously and fairly of course) in the fight for better medical care: the reviews we can write, the ratings we can give.
