From PubMed (August 3, 2018) a Danish study showing that persons with MS taking natalizumab who smoked 20 cigarettes a day had an increased MS relapse rate.  The abstract title is "Smoking is associated with increased disease activity during natalizumab treatment in multiple sclerosis":

Smoking intensity was significantly associated with the number of relapses during natalizumab treatment.
