Now there's the MIND diet, a combination of the Mediterranean and the DASH diet.  From the Harvard University T. H. Chan School of Public Health:

The Mediterranean-DASH Diet Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay, or MIND diet, targets the health of the aging brain.

The Mediterranean diet comes closest to any diet that has been suggested as possibly beneficial for MS. I'm not advocating any particular diet but here is an article describing the Mediterranean diet.

From Medical News Today (August 22, 2023)--"Guide to the Mediterranean Diet":

The Mediterranean diet focuses on whole foods and includes plenty of fruits and vegetables. Learn about the benefits and see a sample meal plan here.

More on diet. These researchers studied a small group of MS patients on a low-fat diet  for 16 weeks and compared them with a control group. The results showed that the low-fat diet may have helped to reduce the fatigue level for the subjects with MS who took part in the study.

From PubMed (November 10, 2023)--"A low-fat diet improves fatigue in MS: Results from a randomized controlled trial":

We demonstrated a significant reduction in fatigue with a low-fat dietary intervention in PwMS.
